Rene Lavonne-Simon, 55, has been arrested in connection with the shooting, according to an agent.

Simon was charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon in a violent crime, his attorney said.

She is currently being held without bail at the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office detention center, they said.
