Inspired by winter weather, Yelp analysts have compiled a list of the “top” 20 places to order a mug of hot chocolate in the United States based largely on ratings and reviews from a community of online users. .
To determine the rankings, starting January 1, 2022, Yelp will identify the businesses with the highest volume of reviews mentioning “hot chocolate” and compare those mentions to ratings, review volume, etc. for each business. did. Note, however, that Yelp only allowed 3 companies from 1 state within the top 20 for the purpose of “geographical diversity.”

Ginger Hahn, CEO of Top Rank Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates, told Nexstar’s KTLA that the company’s specialty beverages, which include traditional almonds and Oaxacan-style hot chocolate, were “great to be recognized.”
“We use Valrhona chocolates and you can choose from homemade vanilla bean marshmallows or freshly whipped clover cream,” Hahn says. “Our Rose Petal Hot Chocolate is topped with candied rose petals from our backyard.”
