LSU rejoined the Associated Press College Football poll Sunday at No. 18, while No. 25 South Carolina earned the ranking for the first time in four seasons.
The first six teams in the AP Top 25 as presented by Regions Bank retained their spots after either winning or not playing last weekend.
Georgia topped the list for the third week in a row, while second-placed Ohio overtook Iowa to move up the rankings. The Bulldogs, who were idle, got her 31 first place votes and her 1,530 points, while the Buckeyes got her 18 first place votes and she got 1,513 points.
