American singer Justin Timberlake is investing in 3’s golf course in Greenville. The course was originally owned by former American golfer Jay Hass in a group investment before being purchased at a favorable price by renowned hospitality industry businessman Davis Senza.
Having lived in an upscale golf-focused community in Cliffs Valley, Senza recently moved to a new home in Palm Beach and now has an interest in developing golf communities throughout the Upstate.
Davis is working on renovations to 3 Greenville golf courses and wants to create locations for major dining, beverage, golf and entertainment attractions.
Justin Timberlake invests in 35{ea2cba5bdf6fe62bbe85e24807814144a71e77d3ae7311fbc27a008558d1372c} of 8am golf. 8am Golf It’s important to note that his course is part of the Nicklaus Company, which Mr. Timberlake has invested in because of his interest in the game.
Speaking about his new business endeavors, Justin said:
“The concept of 3’s is one that I am very excited about and making golf more accessible, less intimidating and more fun is my passion and that is why 3’s has 12 holes, It’s exactly what we’ve achieved with our par 3 layout, and that relaxed ‘everyone is welcome’ atmosphere. ”
It’s worth noting that Senza is looking for a better golf community than Greenville. He may introduce his 3 concept in Las Vegas, Nashville and Scottsdale.
Since Davis came to Greenville while attending college at the University of Georgia, he has been deeply involved in the city’s development and admires Mayor Knox White for his tireless efforts.
In one of his interviews, Davis said:
“Knox has been a big proponent of good ideas and quality business.”
Senza said the growth in Greenville has been phenomenal.
“There are not many cities that have grown so aggressively,” Davis added.

In particular, 8AM Golf Entrepreneur Howard Milstein founded the company to help golfers enjoy the game. Most recently he partnered with 3’s and 8AM also owns the #1 golf media group, Golf Magazine and Golf.com.
8AM’s current companies are Nicklaus Companies, Miura Golf, True Spec Golf, Golf Logix, Club Conex, Fairway Jockey, and Chirp.
Justin Timberlake owns numerous golf courses, including Mirimichi, the first golf course he played. Timberlake said he bought the property in 2007 and invested about $16 million to overhaul the course, Commercial Appeal reports.
