2022 North Carolina/GAC Invitational
The final session of the Wolfpack Invite is here, with a women’s sprint showdown between only Stanford and North Carolina swimmers in the 100 Free Finals.Olympic athlete Tori Fusuke with Stanford University Catherine Berkoff North Carolina State University is leading the field after qualifying this morning. Berkhoff will have a tough double swim after he ran in the 200m earlier in the session, but it worked out this morning. The 1650 Free was previously contested as a timed final. Also tonight are the 200 Breast and 400 Free Relay finals.

Penn State scored major points here with a 2-3-5 finish led by freshmen Morgan MooreBut he was a senior in NC Kay Foley Who hit the wall first by a staggering 5.5 seconds. She recorded her 4:59.55 split in her first 500m and in that split she is the only swimmer to break the 5:00.00 mark. It was a strong swim for Foley, who took her third place in this event of the 2022 ACC Championships as she clocked 16:17.05.

Pennsylvania State University Freshman Eduardo Sisternas He set the fastest 500 splits (4:34.97) and then went on to hold 27 highs and 28 lows to take first place.
