A shooting occurred at an upstate apartment complex, according to the Anderson County Coroner’s Office.
The shooting took place on Thursday at the Fairview Gardens Apartments on Fairview Road, the coroner said.
Major Nicky Carson of the Anderson Police Department said officers responded to the scene about the shooting around 9:30 p.m.
The shooting killed one person and sent two others to the emergency room, coroners say.
