The teenager accused of murdering Lyric Woods and Devin Clark appeared in court on Tuesday afternoon, police said. Ross is charged with first-degree murder in his 14-year-old Woods and the death of his 18-year-old Clark. In September 2022 their bodies were found off the path of his ATV. Clark was in Eastern Mebane where he attended Alamance High School. Woods attended high school. Ross said he was detained on October 5, 2022. After the juvenile’s petition was served, he was taken into custody. In this case, Ross is being tried as an adult.
