Christy Ford Co-founder of The Scout Guide. She started her career as a photographer and later moved to Charlottesville to open a Georgian antiques and home store with her mother. Tracy Gordon For more than 20 years, it has served as a pillar of change for Philadelphia voters. In a modest neighborhood in southwestern Philadelphia, her organizing and legislative successes as a bloc captain and commissioner saw her transform from a position of local grassroots leader and advocate to an established citywide inspired to become an activist.
