Greenville County officials Thursday charged Tyler Wilkins, 22, with murder, child abuse, child neglect and kidnapping charges in connection with recent crimes.
Wilkins has a number of pending charges, including an attempted murder charge from 2021, according to county records. He paid his more than $4,000 bond and was released in January, according to county records.

Wilkins picked up Nebbling at Travelers Rest after his car broke down the day Nebbling went missing, Tucker previously told Fox News Digital. Wilkins has not been charged with any crimes related to Nebbling’s disappearance.
