
A new South Carolina-based television station, The Palmetto Network, debuted this month, offering a variety of local programming to hundreds of thousands of people across the state.

Kinnaird says he has traveled the country in search of great stories, but has always been drawn to events from the Lowcountry to the Upstate.
“My family comes from a small town in South Carolina and I’ve never lost my love for my hometown,” he said. “Over the years, we have witnessed the challenges small towns and nonprofits face when trying to create the attention-grabbing and engaging content they so desperately need for their communities and causes.
“We created The Palmetto Network to share these stores and hope people enjoy what we make.”
